Rules:
* Participation is free. By registering, you may participate in any or all of the listed events.
* Participate on your own schedule, on your own course or on your own equipment (e.g. treadmill), on the listed event date.
* Run or walk (at least) the required distance and record your time. (If you exceed the event distance, no problem - we'll use your average pace for ranking purposes.)
* Within 24 hours of the event, submit evidence of completion as well as a digital photo of yourself at the finish of your run/walk to: [email protected] (Examples of evidence include: digital photo of GPS watch, treadmill control panel, MapMyFitness results page, etc. A name of a witness, timekeeper, or running partner is also acceptable.)
* Results from all participants will be available on this site and on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/HumpDayFitnessChallenge
* Recognition given for fastest times in each event and to the most improved participants in multiple events.
* Citizens from any country are welcome and encouraged to participate in the events. However, only participants with a U.S.A. street address are eligible to receive prizes in our random drawing. Prizes will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please include mailing address with your results submission.
* Individuals who have not complied with all registration and submission requirements may have their names and times included on the final results listing, but may be deemed ineligible to receive random prizes or other post-event benefits, at the discretion of the event organizers.
* The most important rule is to Have Fun and get More Fit!
